Back 2 Basix is a unique health and ‘wellness’ programme with a holistic approach, designed for everybody. We all aspire to a healthy, happy and fulfilling lifestyle, but can suffer with illness, emotional or physical stress, poor diet or a simple lack of focus on our own health and wellness.

This unique Back 2 Basix course offers practical help, understanding and guidance in achieving natural health and wellness, enabling participants to enjoy a healthier lifestyle with renewed energy and vitality. The course uses simple techniques and information to promote ‘wellness life skills’ and consists of six sessions covering Breathing, attitude, diet, exercise, relaxation and ongoing education and support.
